Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Back to Top

Your credit card will be charged the same day it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. Our policy is to ship orders within 24 working hours (M-F 8:30-5:00 Mountain Time) of receipt. You will receive shipping notification via email when product is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping notification please contact us either by email or at (801) 446-5056. Back to Top

I have received a credit. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
Our individual refund/exchange policy is as follows: 1) Return resalable product within 30 days 2) 15% restocking fee will be charged 3) Shipping to be paid for by customer. If you would like to return something for a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
On occasion orders may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
We are required to charge sales tax on any taxable item purchased in the State of Texas. Back to Top

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground or Priority Mail is 5-10 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. If you live in the continental United States and your order is 2# or less. Any further shipping questions can be directed to our Customer Service Department. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address. Back to Top
